Dig deeperThere has been a decade between then and now. Not something you want to celebrate. You won't find this anniversary in the gift card aisle. None the less it comes back, a part of you brings it back, and you can't brush it off. It happened to me, or I happened to it. I can't decide. It starts with uneasiness, which moves steadily into fear and panic that steals the breath right out of your lungs. Then there's pain and the sensation of being trapped, your arms pinned to you.
